Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and guidelines for using the Syndicates platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to do any of the following:

2.1 Illegal Activities

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;
  • Facilitate illegal trading activities, market manipulation, or insider trading;
  • Promote, encourage, or provide instructions on how to commit illegal acts.

2.2 Security Violations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, or connected systems;
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access or extract data;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks;
  • Bypass or circumvent any security measures, access controls, or usage limits;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or its infrastructure.

2.3 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Content without authorization;
  • Share, sell, rent, or sublicense your account credentials or access to the Services;
  • Screen-record, download, or redistribute video lessons, indicators, or other proprietary materials;
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

2.4 Fraud and Abuse

  • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, abuse free trials, or manipulate referrals;
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any other time;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Engage in chargeback fraud or illegitimate payment disputes.

2.5 Harmful Content and Conduct

  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users, staff, or third parties;
  • Post or transmit content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group;
  • Transmit malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful or destructive code;
  • Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.

2.6 Misuse of Educational Content

  • Use the educational content to provide financial, investment, or trading advice to third parties (the Services are for your personal education only);
  • Represent yourself as an affiliate, partner, or representative of Syndicates without authorization;
  • Create competing products or services using our proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials;
  • Resell or commercially exploit access to any content obtained through the Services.

2.7 Discord and Community Misconduct

  • Share Discord invite links publicly or invite non-members without authorization;
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
  • Use the community to coordinate pump-and-dump schemes, signal-selling, or other manipulative activities.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor use of the Services and to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. Such action may include:

  • Issuing warnings;
  • Removing or disabling access to offending content;
  • Suspending or terminating your account and subscription without refund;
  • Reporting illegal conduct to law enforcement authorities;
  • Pursuing civil or criminal legal action.

Our decision in all enforcement matters is final. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from our enforcement actions.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, including usernames, dates, times, and descriptions of the violation.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and notified via email or through the Services at least 14 days before taking effect.
