Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using the Syndicates platform, content, private community, and related services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you breach this AUP, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and take further action where lawful.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Activity and Financial Misconduct

  • violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
  • engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, insider dealing, or other financial crime;
  • use the Services to coordinate pump-and-dump activity, signal-selling scams, or deceptive trading schemes;
  • misrepresent educational content as regulated financial advice or a guaranteed trading system.

2.2 Security Abuse

  • attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs, videos, uploads, databases, or admin areas;
  • probe, scan, stress, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems;
  • bypass paywalls, signed video URLs, rate limits, watermarks, access controls, or subscription checks;
  • upload, transmit, or link to malware, credential phishing, exploit code, or harmful automation.

2.3 Content Protection and Intellectual Property

  • copy, download, screen-record, redistribute, sell, leak, publish, or share paid content or community materials;
  • share account credentials or let another person access the Services through your account;
  • create derivative products, paid groups, courses, indicators, or services from our proprietary materials;
  • use our name, logos, branding, screenshots, or testimonials without written permission.

2.4 Fraud, Payment Abuse and Misrepresentation

  • create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts;
  • manipulate referrals, affiliate tracking, or payment records;
  • raise fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after accessing paid digital content;
  • impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation with Syndicates.

2.5 Community Misconduct

  • harass, bully, threaten, abuse, dox, or intimidate users, staff, founders, or third parties;
  • post defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content;
  • spam, phish, advertise, recruit, scrape, or harvest user data;
  • share private Discord invite links or invite non-members without permission;
  • breach Discord's terms or community rules while using Syndicates community spaces.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action that we consider appropriate, including:

  • warnings or requests to stop specific conduct;
  • removal of content or restriction of features;
  • suspension or termination of accounts without refund where permitted by law;
  • revocation of Discord, TradingView, or indicator access;
  • preservation of logs for security, refund, chargeback, or legal evidence;
  • reports to payment processors, platforms, regulators, law enforcement, or legal advisers.

4. Reporting Violations

Report abuse to [email protected]. Include usernames, dates, links, screenshots, message IDs, and any other relevant details.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP to reflect new risks, Services, laws, or enforcement practices. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-app notice with other legal updates.
