Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026 - Version 5.0

1. Nature of the Service

Syndicates supplies digital trading education content, private community access, indicators, and related digital services. Paid content is made available immediately after payment. Because digital content cannot be returned once supplied or viewed, refund eligibility is limited as set out below.

This Policy applies to purchases from SYNDICATES TRADING LTD, company number 17252162.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial membership payment only if:

  • You have not clicked play on any paid video lesson;
  • You have not accessed paid course content, indicators, private Discord materials, or other subscriber-only features;
  • Your account has not breached our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • The request is made from the email address attached to the account or after identity verification.

Once you begin watching paid video content or otherwise access paid digital materials, you acknowledge that the digital content has been supplied and consumed. To the fullest extent permitted by UK consumer law, we will not provide a change-of-mind refund after that point.

3. UK Digital Content Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers may normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that cancellation right may be lost once supply begins if you have given express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose the cancellation right.

Before payment, you must tick clear acknowledgements that (1) you want immediate supply of digital membership content and (2) you understand you may lose the 14-day cancellation right once that supply begins. Completing checkout after those acknowledgements is your request for immediate performance. Playing paid video content or otherwise using paid digital materials is further evidence that supply has begun. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under UK law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Content Access Records

For refund and chargeback reviews, our primary automated evidence is server-side video play / stream access logs (when your account first started playback or opened a protected video stream). We may also rely on other account records where available, such as indicator/TradingView claims, Discord link events, course progress, support history, invoices, checkout legal acknowledgements, and other subscriber-only feature activity.

These records are used to determine whether paid digital content was supplied and accessed. They may be shared with Stripe, banks, card networks, dispute handlers, or legal advisers where needed to respond to payment disputes.

5. No Refunds For

We do not provide refunds for:

  • change of mind after paid digital content has been accessed;
  • dissatisfaction with trading results or failure to pass a funded account evaluation;
  • unused time in the current billing period after paid content has been accessed;
  • account termination caused by breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • failure to use the Services after access was made available;
  • payment disputes raised without first giving us a reasonable chance to investigate.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If digital content is faulty, misdescribed, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill where required by UK law, contact us and we will investigate. The remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where required by law.

7. Cancellations

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically create a refund for the current or prior access period.

8. Billing Errors and Chargebacks

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction where appropriate.

If you raise a chargeback after accessing paid content, we may contest it using access logs, account records, support records, invoices, and the Terms you accepted. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination and recovery of costs where lawful.

9. How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to [email protected] with:

  • your account email address;
  • the payment date and amount;
  • the reason for the request;
  • any evidence of a technical billing or access issue.

We aim to respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
